She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam and has a robust academic and professional background including significant contributions to both academia and industry to public sector governance and organizational development. As a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Social Work and a Board Member of Mwananyamala Regional Referral Hospital, she demonstrates exceptional leadership and expertise in her areas of specialization.
